Our Services
We offer a corporate tenant for 3 - 5 years to include: -
- No repairs for you
- Quarterly payments or monthly payments
- We would normally spend thousands of pounds decorating and furnishing your property at our own cost
- We cover most of the maintenance on the property (excluding structural) for the duration of the agreement
- There are NO fees as we are NOT a letting agency, so you get the full market rent each month with it being a hands-off investment for you
- Again, we charge ZERO fees for the life of the agreement because we make our income from the companies and/or guests that we work with
